Baby Milestones | 3 Month Photos | Merritt Island Baby PhotographerAs a photographer, one of my favorite milestones to capture is that magical 3-month mark. It's such an exciting time for both parents and babies, as little ones begin to interact more, show off those adorable smiles, and express their growing personalities. I had the pleasure of working with a wonderful family to capture their baby’s 3-month-old milestone, and we created memories in two special locations: the baby’s adorable nursery and their beautiful dock on the Indian River. We did the newborn session in the nursery as well, making it a fun comparison to how different baby is just a few months later. Our session started outside on the family’s private dock, nestled on the edge of the river. The blues in their outfits coordinated really well with the cloudy skies and the river behind them. That little bowtie on baby was my favorite! I mean, how cute is he?!
After our outdoor adventure, we transitioned inside to the baby’s nursery. At three months old, babies are starting to show more personality and curiosity, and this little one was no exception! We captured photos in similar spots to his newborn session as these side-by-sides can be so fun to see. They really do change so much, so quickly in their first year. The 3-month milestone session is also a great time to capture tummy time! Mom and Dad joined in for some special moments, too—holding their baby close and sharing sweet snuggles.
It was such a pleasure to work with this family to document their 3-month-old’s milestone, and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to capture these precious moments. Whether in the cozy comfort of a nautical-themed nursery or outdoors on a private dock by the river, the photos we created truly reflect the unique personality of this family and the love they share. I’m so excited to see this little one continue to grow and look forward to capturing even more milestones along the way.
