The days are long, but they also pass so quickly. Before we know it, we've forgotten just how little they were as newborns. In our sleep-deprived haze as new parents, it's hard to remember these things. This is how photographs can help, to trigger those memories and take us back to those early days when they were so tiny. From those tiny little features, to how they fit in our arms, and the joy and love for this precious new addition. This is what I love about photographing newborns and their families. And in-home sessions not only make it easier on the family (let's face it, getting out of the house with a newborn is a big job!), but it also allows for a more personalized session that includes the home where you have welcomed your new baby. This sweet baby boy was welcomed into the world over the summer and he totally rocked his session. Mom and Dad did a great job too! I love seeing their love captured in the photographs. Even their pup was enamored with this sweet baby. The light in the master bedroom was perfect and we were able to get some in the nursery too. Be sure to check out the video too!
