World Breastfeeding Week 2014 took place from August 1-7. Our local La Leche League of Camden & Glynn Counties planned an amazing week packed full of activities for the family and speakers on various topics related to breastfeeding and the support of those who breastfeed. I was happy to help plan events as well as sponsor the event with a fundraiser mini session event on the 3rd. The mini sessions raised $180 to help cover costs for putting on the events of the week. I absolutely love capturing the precious connection between a mother and her nursling. That bond is so special and these amazing and beautiful mothers now have a permanent memory of that bond to keep with them as their little ones grow!

We had some amazing morning light and beautiful weather. I am so blessed to have been asked to do Kodi's one-year pictures! Saint Marys Children's Photographer | Esther is Two!This sweet, adorable little girl turned two! And as most two-year olds, she wanted to run everywhere, so I had to be creative in getting her to smile and look at the camera at the same time! I love capturing the energy at this age. And Esther's smile can certainly brighten anyone's day!
This last one I just had to capture. Daddy came at the end of our session straight from work and I had the perfect opportunity to get this of them walking the pier.
Saint Marys Photographer | May Maternity SessionI was beyond thrilled to be taking maternity pictures for my friend Shelby. Despite cloudy, windy weather and a slightly uncooperative toddler, we took a lot of amazing pictures anyways! So much so that it was so hard for me to pick just a few of my favorites! This is such a sweet family and I can't wait to meet baby girl #2 and take her newborn pictures! Thank you Shelby for being my maternity model, you are gorgeous as always!
